Bunker Rake made for golfers. Rakes are available
in 27, 24, 22, and 19-inch widths. 27" for maintenance and 19" for bunkers being the most popular.
A Great Improvement!
The tines are offset 8 degrees from perpendicular to the rake handle for a lighter pull by golfers and a more aggressive push for maintenance.
With the bunker rake head up or down, push or pull, our rake is designed to achieve your desired outcome.
The Handle Connection
The rake head Is fitted with an ACME 5 thread insert, designed and 3D printed right here in the shop. This insert creates a strong, secure fixture, for attaching the rake handle, while creating a more organic look than rakes with metal handle fixtures. No more rickety rakes!
Bulletproof Support
To reinforce the handle connection, a 1/8-inch diameter stainless steel rod, is anchored from the handle to the rake head through a pair of CNC slots. The rod is looped around a tine and locks the rake head and handle into an extremely rigid, singular structure. With this design construct, screws are eliminated that can easily loosen allowing the handle to break off.
The height of the bunker rake head is as much as twice as tall as other wood rakes on the market. enabling you to push more sand while grading.
The extended length of the rake head, from the last tine prevents the head from splitting and provides an effective end guard for the tines.
The 1" radius quarter round helps to feather the furrows while grading and custom tine lengths are available upon request to further reduce any furrows that might be left by rakes with straight tine sets. This design ensures that each draw of the rake blends with the last.
